TruBend 5130 is a globally very successful TRUMPF edge-bending machine. From programming to setting tools and the edge bending itself - it produces with unrivaled productivity. Innovative equipment such as a shift of the lower tool and a 5-axis backstop system opens up complete freedom for production applications. A number of innovations, such as a revolutionary simple and intuitive control concept, as well as modern solutions in the field of ergonomics, facilitate the operator's work.

Key features:
- Integrated Touchpoint TrueBend CNC control, TecZone workshop programming, enables the control to be connected to the network.
- 5-axis backstop system (X, ΔX, R, Z1 and Z2) – in addition to the CNC of controlled axes of a 4-axis backstop, the 5-axis backstop enables the movement of the right backstop in the direction of the X axis relative to the left backstop. The system enables a wider variety of parts thanks to the possibility of an oblique stop.
- ACB Laser angle assistant – economic and precise bending of angles with consistently high quality from the very first part. In addition to measuring the angle, it also performs automatic regulation to the required value.
- CNC-controlled wedge camber
- Hydraulic clamping of the upper and lower tool

INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS
Flow drill
Lasers have already replaced drilling, sawing, and milling in the pipe production process. But threaded pipes are another matter. Conventional laser pipe cutting machines cannot drill threads, so operators have to interrupt the process and move parts from one machining station to another. However, the new system eliminates the need for these additional steps. Modern flow drilling methods can almost double the number of turns and reduce the required material thickness by 50%. Flowdrill technology can be used wherever the thickness of the material is insufficient to create a thread. They create threads in both thin-walled and thick-walled pipes and even perform flow drilling. Flowdrill is suitable for a wide range of materials, including structural and stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, and other materials.
Trulaser tube 7000 fiber
This year we have expanded our production machines with a novelty – TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber. This is an extraordinary laser, which we currently own as the only one in Slovakia. It is exceptional in our production for more functions, which we will gradually imagine. The name already speaks of fiber technology, thanks to which we can also cut copper and brass. Its power is up to 4000W, which allows us to cut steel up to 10 mm, stainless steel and aluminum up to 6 mm, and copper and brass up to 4 mm. Special irregular profiles, closed and open profiles, L-profiles, and flat bars are not an obstacle either. Thanks to the special “spindle tool” option, we can also offer the customer thread cutting, conventional drilling or flow drilling. The Bevel Cut function enables high-quality bevel cuts up to 45 °. Thanks to Smart profile detection, we also work with demanding geometries of irregular profiles. Also interesting is the function of the Seam Line tube – 2 cameras that identify external and internal welds, thanks to which it can set the oven correctly on the machine. RapidCut function, or rapid fast cutting, cuts at high speeds, even with small geometries and thin materials.
